SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within Australia using Australia Post with Tracking Numbers. Upon completion of your order, you will be sent a copy of the Tracking Number directly to the mobile number provided.

Postage fees are a flat rate.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the products you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Returned goods must in UN-used condition with packaging and order details included. The customer is responsible for the return postage and costs associated with this. If a return is required please contact us and we will assist you.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and packs the products very well. However if damages occurs to the product, please take a photo, keep the packaging and contact us so we can sort it out for you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order provided it has not been dispatched and we will refund the cost to your order via the method your paid.
